Our friend's at Noni's Kitchen passed on one of their favorite recipes that utilizes their preserves for sweet or their pepper jelly for savory. With one click, add it all to your cart and bring Noni's Kitchen to your home to make some incredible creations.

NONI'S THUMBPRINT COOKIES RECIPE

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup flour
• 6 tbsp butter (chilled)
• 1/2 cup Pepper Jelly or Fruit Preserves

Blend Cheese, flour and butter in a food processor until the dough is course meal texture.

Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 min - 1 hour.

Shape dough into 1-1/2 inch balls and place on baking sheet.

Place in a 400 degree preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Take out and press a small indention into each ball.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of jelly or preserves into the indention and bake 5 more minutes.
