CINDY’S SHRIMP STEW RECIPE
1 EA 16 OZ PACK of Cindy’s Almost Famous Roux
6 cups of water
1 heaping teaspoon of Better than Bouillon Chicken Base
2-3 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
1 bunch of green onions
(optional) Chopped parsley
(optional) 6 boiled eggs
Add Roux to water and Better than Bouillon Base, bring to a boil, reduce to medium-low heat and let cook to thicken for at least
Add green onions, parsley and shrimp, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes
Add boiled eggs and continue cooking on low for another 15 minutes
