Our friend's at Cindy's Almost Famous Roux has shared their Almost Famous Crawfish Stew recipe with us. We packed it up nicely in this meal kit so that in only one click, you can purchase everything that you will need in order to make it. This dish will feed up to 8 people.
CINDY’S CRAWFISH STEW RECIPE
1 EA 16 OZ PACK of Cindy’s Almost Famous Roux
6 cups of water
1 heaping teaspoon of Better than Bouillon Chicken Base
2-3 lbs. Louisiana Crawfish Tails (with fat)
1 bunch of chopped green onions
6 boiled eggs (optional)
1. Bring water, Better than Bouillon and Roux to a boil, reduce heat to medium/low and cook for 35-45 minutes.
2. Add crawfish tails and fat, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes
3. Add green onions, parsley and boiled eggs and continue to cook on low for an additional 15 minutes
4. Serve with rice, vegetable, bread and salad
