In a large pot, heavily season water with creole seasoning and boil the chicken breast. Once chicken is done cooking, remove from the water, do not drain. Break spaghetti noodles into ¼’s and boil in the seasoned chicken water.
While pasta is cooking, cut chicken into bite sizes pieces. Once pasta is cooked, drain and return to pot.
Add cut up chicken, soup, 6oz of mozzarella cheese and palm full of parmesan cheese. Stir until blended and pour into a 9x13 casserole.
Top with 6oz mozzarella and sprinkle of parmesan. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or broil in the oven until cheese is melted and browning.
