Let your salmon filets rest out on the counter for 15-30 minutes, until they have mostly come to room temperature.  This will help them cook evenly.

Mix together: Chili Sauce, Brown Sugar and Bourbon.

Coat salmon filets in sauce and bake at 450 degrees until the internal temperature reaches 130-140 degrees.
