Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Marinate the Meat. This meal kit includes Goya’s high quality marinade the “MOJO”! Marinate the meat up to 24 hours before cooking. You can slice the meat and add marinate in Ziplock bag prior to cook to further tenderize the meat or marinate the meat whole. Lightly dusting the meat with the Goya Total Seasoning in the marinate is recommended!

Step 2: Slice Vegetables and cook per your preference. We recommend covering sliced vegetables with olive oil and Goya Total seasoning and cook until they are crisp-tender.

Step 3: Pat the meat dry before putting on grill to ensure a good sear meat and cook to preference.

Step 4: Cook the rice and beans for sides

Step 5: Prep garnishments such as shredded lettuce, dice tomatoes avocados, sour cream, Wholly Guacamole, etc.

Step 6: Warm the Tortillas

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy!
