We are excited to invite you to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Roux Rumble, hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association of Louisiana in partnership with Ochsner Health.

Taking place on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Lawrence Park in Morgan City, this event promises a fantastic day filled with flavorful gumbo, live music, and community spirit as we come together to support a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts.

The Roux Rumble is not just about great food—it’s about making a difference. Guests will have the chance to enjoy a variety of gumbo prepared by local chefs, with the power to vote for their favorite and help crown the People’s Champion!

We’ll also have celebrity judges on-site to lend their expertise in selecting the best gumbo in town. And while you savor delicious food, there will be live music to keep the energy high and the atmosphere festive.

As a proud sponsor, GJ Curbside will be there with our dedicated events team and signature GJ Curbside tent. We’re bringing some of our specialty cocktails—like Bloody Marys and Screwdrivers—to add to the fun, available for just $6 each. We accept both cash and card for convenience.

We’re honored to donate all products for this event, and every dollar spent on our drinks will go directly to the Alzheimer’s Association Bayou Walk to End Alzheimer’s, benefiting Ochsner’s Alzheimer’s charity.
