If you are planning on cooking any of the items in your order the same day, let us start defrosting them  for you before you pick them up!

Frozen Protein Policy:  It is significant to note in your meal preparation, when placing GJ Curbside orders, that because of our offshore distribution methods, all proteins included on site in the Meat and Seafood department are received by G&J already frozen as we are required to ship them offshore frozen.

However, when placing an order with GJ Curbisde you can select the option to have G&J start defrosting your proteins prior to your order pick up or delivery.  If the meat or seafood item is cyrovacked and acceptable by USDA standards for GJ Curbside to start the defrosting we will do so upon request.

After placing your order and selecting "Yes" to the defrost option, your GJ Curbside customer representative will contact you to discuss which items you'd like for GJ to start defrosting. It's that easy!
