Who is ready for a local festival, spring weather, BEER and GJ Curbside EPIC Bloody Marys?

GJ Curbside is very proud to be the title sponsor of the 2023 Basin Brew Fest, Saturday, March 25, 2023 in Downtown Morgan City.

To add to our excitement, we will be serving our EPIC Bloody Marys for the first hour of the festival to all VIP Ticket holders.

In addition, while sipping your EPIC Bloody Mary or an amazing Home-brew, you can also enjoy the sounds of our very own DJ DAVE in the VIP area!

Our EPIC Bloody Marys were specially designed by Erik Lind and features our high quality vodkas, award winning mixes and an assortment of finger foods that make an extremely filling snack.

It is all proceeded by our hand picked rimmer, Matt & Steve's Bloody Mary Rimmer, that is out of this world!

Basin Brew Fest has been proudly showcasing Louisiana Craft beer since our inaugural event in 2017. The purpose is simple: give everyone who visits a little taste of what the bottom of The Boot has to offer in the craft beer world!

With home-brewers and new breweries popping up across the state, the festival is expanding each and every year.

While the purpose is to share some Southern flavor, the goal is to raise funds to complete renovations to a local jewel, our Historic Lawrence Park in the heart of Downtown Morgan City.

With the playground complete, Brew Fest still intend to restore the Historic band stand and the fountain in the center of the park with the hope of adding some fitness equipment near the tennis court.

Preserving history, building community, improving our quality of life, spreading awareness and having a good time is really what Brew Fest is all about and by way of celebrating Louisiana's Craft Beer industry, Brew Fest has found a way to do just that!

From 2017 - 2019, the event raised more than $30,000 which went toward the new playground you see in Lawrence Park today.

In 2022, coming back after a two year hiatus due to Covid, the event coordinators were worried about folks coming back out, but the community showed up in droves and the festival brought in visitors from surrounding states! In 2022, the event profited just over $10,000!
